Event Name: Kimi Work Desktop — Token Consumption Halved (Limited Time)

Event Period: From 00:00 on Jun 16, 2026 to 23:59 on Jun 30, 2026, Beijing Time. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all times referred to in this Event shall be based on Beijing Time (UTC+8).

Eligibility and Scope: During the Event Period, individual registered users who log in to the Kimi desktop client may participate, with no separate sign-up required. This Event applies uniformly without distinction by country or region. This Event is open only to individual registered users; enterprise users are currently not eligible to participate.

What the Discount Covers

During the Event Period, for tasks you initiate within Kimi Work on the desktop client and that are completed before the Event end time, the Tokens consumed by such tasks will be calculated at 50% (×0.5).

Scope of Application

• Only tasks performed within Kimi Work on the desktop client are eligible for the consumption discount;
• Tasks in Chat on the desktop client, as well as all tasks on the App and the web, will be charged at the full rate and are not included in this discount;
• This Event is a usage-based discount; no additional Tokens are issued, and it cannot be combined with other offers.

Task Timing Requirement

• A task must be completed before the Event end time to be eligible for the discount;
• If a task is completed after the Event ends, or is still in progress when the Event ends, that task will consume Tokens at the standard rate;
• We recommend allowing sufficient time and initiating tasks early to ensure completion before the Event ends.

User Identity and Eligibility

• The same user refers to a user who can reasonably be identified as the same subject through account, mobile phone number, device, IP address, or other reasonable means;
• Users shall participate in the Event on their own behalf and shall not operate on behalf of others.

Event Rules and Prohibited Conduct

• Users are prohibited from obtaining or abusing the benefits of this Event through cheating, scripts, emulators, bulk registrations, false identities, false activities, or any other improper means;
• In the event of any violation, Kimi shall have the right to disqualify the user, recover the relevant benefits, restrict the user's eligibility to participate in this and subsequent similar activities, or take other restrictive measures;
• Users shall ensure that their actions during the Event are lawful and do not infringe upon the rights or interests of any third party.

Event Adjustment and Force Majeure

• If the Event cannot proceed normally due to force majeure, network failures, system abnormalities, third-party service failures, regulatory requirements, or other similar reasons, Kimi shall have the right to suspend, terminate, or adjust the Event;
• Any adjustment to the Event rules shall take effect upon publication on the Event page, and continued participation by a user shall be deemed acceptance of such adjustment.

Reservation of Rights

• Kimi shall have the right to adjust the Event rules based on actual operational circumstances. Such adjustments shall take effect upon publication on the Event page, and continued participation shall be deemed acceptance. Kimi reserves the right of final interpretation and modification of the Event rules;
• To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Kimi shall have the final right of interpretation with respect to disputes, abnormalities, or special circumstances arising in connection with the Event.
