When you add seats during a subscription period, the price is prorated based on the remaining days from the purchase date to the subscription expiry date. The unified expiry date remains unchanged.

Member Management
Roles and Permissions

The account that first purchases the enterprise subscription automatically becomes the admin.
Invite Members
Admins can generate invitation links and set them to be valid for 2 days or 7 days. After a member clicks the link and accepts the invitation, they can join the organization and use the enterprise benefits.
Each person can join up to 10 enterprise organizations. After joining, a member occupies 1 seat. The same user occupies only 1 seat within an organization. The organization must have unallocated seats before it can invite new members.
Seat Status

| Pending release | Seats still occupied in the current cycle after members are removed; these seats cannot be assigned to new members and will be released in the next billing cycle |
Remove Members
- Removed members immediately lose access to the enterprise workspace
- Once removed, a member immediately loses Kimi Business benefits and can no longer use enterprise credit
- The removed member’s seat enters the "Pending release" status and will be released in the next billing cycle
Workspaces
Kimi Business introduces workspaces to fully separate personal and enterprise data.
Workspace Types
- Personal workspace: Personal membership benefits, personal chat history, and settings
- Enterprise workspace: Enterprise membership benefits and enterprise-related data
After you switch workspaces, the page automatically refreshes and loads the data and benefit configuration for the selected workspace.
Platform support: Kimi Business Enterprise features are available on Web and desktop. Mobile currently supports personal membership only and cannot use Enterprise features.
Benefit Distribution Rules
Activation Rules
- Effective immediately: After a member accepts an invitation and joins the organization, they immediately receive the current-period benefits
- Full current-period credit: When a new member joins using an unallocated seat or newly added seat, they receive the full benefit credit for the current period; it is not prorated by join time or the remaining days of the month
- Aligned cycles: The enterprise subscription is settled on a unified subscription cycle, with credit refreshed monthly
Expiration Rules
- Member removal: A removed member immediately loses access to the enterprise workspace and Kimi Business benefits
- Subscription expiry: After the organization’s subscription expires, benefits for all members are frozen and will be restored after renewal
