Why was my account suspended?
If you violate laws or regulations, the user agreement, or platform rules, the platform may take the following actions:
- Block the relevant content
- Freeze, close, or transfer the account
- Suspend or revoke some or all entitlements, including paid entitlements
- Refuse, suspend, or stop providing services
If you disagree with the decision, please email [email protected] to submit an appeal. We will review it and reply as soon as possible.
