Can I change my bound mobile number?

Yes. Go to:

【Kimi App】→【Me】→【Settings】→【Account Security】→【Mobile Number】→【Change Number】

Follow the prompts to verify the code sent to your old mobile number, then enter your new mobile number and verify it again.

How can I change my bound number if the original mobile number has been deactivated?

Please email [email protected]. Our support team will help you change the bound number after you provide the required proof materials.

Not receiving the SMS verification code?

Please check the following:

  1. Make sure the mobile number you entered is correct.
  2. The verification code may take a few minutes to arrive. Please wait patiently.
  3. If you still have not received it after more than 5 minutes, tap “Resend” to get a new code.

Note: Currently, only mobile numbers from supported regions are supported. VoIP numbers and landlines are not supported at this time.

How do I change my profile and avatar?

Go to:

【Kimi App】→【Me】→【Settings】→【Profile】→ Change your name, bio, or avatar →【Save】

Note: You can change your avatar and name up to 10 times within 30 days. Please plan your changes accordingly.
