Can an individually verified account issue a company invoice?

No. An individually verified account cannot directly issue a company invoice. If you need a company invoice, please upgrade your account to enterprise verification first. Once approved, you can issue invoices with a company title.

How do I convert an individual account to an enterprise account?

  1. Log in to the platform.kimi.com console.
  2. Go to “Account Settings → Verification Information”.
  3. Select “Enterprise Verification”, then fill in the company information and upload the required qualification documents.
  4. Submit the application and wait for review. After approval, your account will automatically switch to an enterprise account.

Note: After upgrading from an individual account to an enterprise account, your existing balance and usage data will be retained.

Changing the bound mobile number currently requires assistance from customer support:

  2. Provide both the original mobile number and the new mobile number.
