Membership Subscription Benefits Overview
Kimi offers four membership subscription plans to meet different needs, from everyday personal use to intensive professional workflows. Every plan shares a single credit pool: the Agent series, Kimi Code, and other membership features all draw from the same credit pool. Chat does not consume credits. Credits can be allocated freely.

- Light exploration: The free Adagio plan is enough for basic Q&A.
- Everyday use: If you occasionally write documents or create PPT files, choose Andante (¥49/month).
- Productivity upgrade: If you code frequently (see Kimi Code), need professional databases for work, or use Agent Swarm lightly, choose Moderato (¥99/month).
- Professional choice: If you need to deploy a dedicated Kimi Claw assistant or use Agent Swarm more frequently with higher parallelism for batch tasks, choose Allegretto (¥199/month).
- All-in-one premium: If you use all features heavily and want the largest credits and highest efficiency, choose Allegro (¥699/month).
Billing
- Shared credit pool: the Agent series, Kimi Code, and other membership features share one credit pool and are billed based on actual token consumption.
- Monthly refresh: Credits are refreshed automatically in each billing cycle.
- Frequency limits: For 5-hour and weekly frequency controls, please follow the page prompts.
What is a token?
A token is the smallest unit of text processed by an LLM. In Chinese, one Chinese character usually equals about 1–2 tokens; in English, one word usually equals about 1–1.5 tokens. Both the content you enter and the content Kimi outputs consume tokens.
How can I estimate token consumption for a task?
- A normal conversation (a Q&A of a few hundred characters): about several hundred to 1,000 tokens
- Generating a simple PPT: about 1–2% of monthly credits
- One Deep Research task: about 5–10% of monthly credits
- Writing a piece of code: about 0.5–2% of monthly credits
The more complex the task and the longer the context, the more tokens it consumes. You can check your remaining credits at any time on the “Settings → Subscription” page.
Annual subscription discount
Choose a continuous annual subscription to save up to ¥1,680. Ideal for long-term users.
FAQs
Why are my benefits different from before?
We have upgraded the benefit system and unified your benefit credits. Now, Agent, Kimi Code, PPT, and other membership features share one credit pool and are billed based on actual usage. For details, see Membership Credit Explanation.
How do I request an invoice?
Visit kimi.com, click your avatar in the lower-left corner → Settings → Subscription → Billing → Issue invoice.
- Change the recipient email: Go to the subscription page, click the “Invoiced” button for the corresponding order, update the email address, and click “Resend”.
- Incorrect invoice information: Please email [email protected] with the original invoice and the correct invoice information. We will reissue it for you as soon as possible.
How do I upgrade my membership plan?
Visit kimi.com, click your avatar in the lower-left corner → Membership plan, select your preferred new plan, and complete payment.
When you upgrade, we will calculate a refund based on the remaining days of your current membership. Your new membership benefits take effect immediately on the day of upgrade, with no waiting required.
How long are membership benefits valid?
Monthly and annual membership benefits are both issued on a monthly basis. Membership benefits are valid for 30 days from the date the subscription takes effect.
Unused benefits during the subscription period will be automatically cleared after expiry, so please use them in time.
How do I check credit usage?
- Web: Click your avatar in the lower-left corner → Settings → Subscription
- APP: Me → Membership plan → Subscription
You can view your current credit balance (percentage), next refresh time, and the 1,000 most recent usage records, including usage time, feature, and consumption percentage.
Usage details may have a short delay. Please refer to the current credit display.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Tasks already in progress can be completed normally, while new tasks will show an insufficient credits prompt. You can:
- Wait for credits to refresh automatically (5-hour / weekly / monthly refresh, subject to the page prompts)
- Upgrade to a higher membership tier for more credits
- Join official campaigns to receive gifted credits
Can I use all my credits on one feature?
Yes. Membership benefits share a single credit pool: Agent, Kimi Code, PPT, Deep Research, and other features all draw from the same pool. You can allocate them freely.
Are paid services refundable?
Paid services are virtual services. Once successfully purchased and activated, they are deemed successfully consumed and cannot be refunded or transferred unless otherwise required by laws and regulations. Before purchasing, please carefully check the service and benefit information, price, and usage period.
Reminder on purchases by minors
Minors under the age of 18 should read the relevant agreements under the guidance of their guardians and may purchase paid services only with guardian consent. Guardians should properly safeguard accounts, devices, and passwords to prevent minors from making paid purchases without consent.
