Credit Deduction After Manually Stopping a Task
Manually stopping a task deducts credits
Once Deep Research starts, the system calls computing resources for retrieval, verification, and reasoning. These resources have already been reserved, so clicking “Stop” or closing the page is treated as credit consumption.
Recommendation
If the page has not updated for a long time, refresh your browser first or check again later. This helps avoid interrupting the task because it appears to be “stuck.”
Deep Research usually takes 10–25 minutes. You can leave the page while it runs; the task will continue asynchronously in the background, and you will receive a notification when it is complete.
