Presets are Kimi's quick-prompt feature, letting you save frequently used prompts and invoke them with a single click in any session — no more repetitive typing.
When should you use presets?
- Recurring formatted tasks: E.g., you always need Kimi to output meeting notes, weekly reports, or emails in a specific template
- Reusable high-quality prompts: Save well-tuned prompts for consistent, repeatable results
- Common instruction shortcuts: Everyday commands like "Summarize this article," "Translate to English," or "Organize in a table"
