Notice on Membership Subscription Plan Adjustments - July 20, 2026

Dear Kimi users,

We apologize for the confusion caused by our earlier explanations about the plan adjustments, which did not fully address some questions, and by parts of the product interface that still need improvement.

First, please rest assured: the benefits of all paid users remain completely unaffected. We have seen your feedback and are working around the clock to address it. At the same time, we are working hard to add more service resources so we can do everything possible to protect your user experience. Thank you again for your enthusiastic feedback.

Here is a unified response to the plan-related questions you have raised:

Legacy plans have not been removed, and existing users are not affected

Users who have subscribed to legacy plans can continue using them as usual, and the plans will renew automatically after expiry. We are optimizing the current interface display issue, which does not affect actual use.

Users who manually turned off auto-renewal can still renew

Many users manually turned off auto-renewal after subscribing. These users can still renew as well. The related feature is under development and will be launched as soon as possible. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer service at any time.

Existing users can upgrade their plans

Upgrades within legacy plans are supported, such as upgrading from the RMB 199 tier to the RMB 699 tier. The related feature is under development and will be launched as soon as possible. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer service at any time.

New plans are not yet available for purchase

We have received your questions and suggestions about the new plans and are currently revising the proposal. Due to computing capacity constraints, the new plans are not yet available. The exact launch time is still to be determined, and we will notify you as soon as it is confirmed.

Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us via membership support contact details.
