Member Management

Roles and Permissions

The administrator role is automatically assigned to the account that first purchases the enterprise subscription.

Inviting Members

Administrators can generate invitation links with configurable expiration periods of 2 or 7 days. Members can join the organization and access enterprise benefits after accepting the invitation.

Each user can join up to 10 enterprise organizations. Members occupy 1 seat upon joining, and the same user occupies only 1 seat within an organization. Organizations must have unallocated seats available to invite new members.

Pending Release	Seats occupied by removed members during the current billing cycle; these seats cannot be assigned to new members and are released in next cycle

Removing Members

Removed members immediately lose access to the enterprise workspace
Removed members immediately lose Kimi Business benefits and can no longer use enterprise quota for the current period
Seats of removed members enter "Pending Release" status and are released in the next billing cycle

Workspace

Kimi Business introduces the workspace concept to achieve complete isolation between personal and enterprise data.

Workspace Types

Personal Workspace: Personal membership benefits, chat history, and settings
Enterprise Workspace: Enterprise membership benefits and enterprise-related data

When switching workspaces, the page automatically refreshes to load data and benefit configurations for the selected workspace.

Platform Support: Web fully supports Kimi Business features. Mobile and desktop clients support personal membership only; enterprise features are not available.

Benefit Distribution Rules

Activation Rules

Immediate Activation: Members receive current period benefits immediately upon accepting invitation
Full Current-Period Quota: Members who join with an unallocated or newly added seat receive the full quota for the current period
Cycle Alignment: Enterprise benefits are settled uniformly according to subscription cycle, refreshed monthly

Expiration Rules

Member Removal: Removed members immediately lose enterprise workspace access and Kimi Business benefits; new benefits stop in next cycle
Subscription Expiration: All member benefits are suspended when organization subscription expires; restored upon renewal
