Roles and Permissions

The administrator role is automatically assigned to the account that first purchases the enterprise subscription.

Inviting Members

Administrators can generate invitation links with configurable expiration periods of 3, 7, or 30 days. Members can join the organization and access enterprise benefits after accepting the invitation.

Each user can join up to 10 enterprise organizations
Members occupy 1 seat upon joining; the same user occupies only 1 seat within an organization
Organizations must have unallocated seats available to invite new members

Seat Status

Status	Description
Total Seats	All unexpired seats purchased by the organization
Unallocated	Seats not currently occupied, available for inviting new members
Pending Release	Seats occupied by removed members until the end of current billing cycle, released in next cycle

Removing Members

Removed members immediately lose access to the enterprise workspace
Benefits already distributed for the current billing cycle remain valid until cycle end
Seats of removed members enter "Pending Release" status and are released in the next billing cycle
Member history data is retained for 30 days; rejoining within 30 days restores the data

Kimi Business introduces the workspace concept to achieve complete isolation between personal and enterprise data.

When switching workspaces, the page automatically refreshes to load data and benefit configurations for the selected workspace.

Benefit Distribution Rules

Activation Rules

Immediate Activation: Members receive current period benefits immediately upon accepting invitation
Prorated Quota: Monthly quota is prorated based on remaining days from join date to cycle end
Cycle Alignment: Enterprise benefits are settled uniformly according to subscription cycle, refreshed monthly

Expiration Rules

Member Removal: Removed members retain current period benefits until cycle end; new benefits stop in next cycle
Subscription Expiration: All member benefits are suspended when organization subscription expires; restored upon renewal
