Can a personal account get a business invoice?
A personal account cannot directly receive a business invoice. If you need a business invoice, first upgrade your account to an organization account. Once verified, you can request invoices under your organization's name.
How do I upgrade from a personal account to an organization account?
- Log in to the platform.moonshot.ai console.
- Go to Account Settings → Verification.
- Select Organization Verification and fill in the required information.
- Submit for review — once approved, your account will be automatically converted.
Existing balance and usage data are preserved after the upgrade.

How to appeal account suspension?
If your API account has been suspended for a policy violation:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "API Account Appeal".
- Include your account information (registered email address) and a description of your appeal.
