What is the pricing structure?
Kimi API is billed per token consumed — input tokens and output tokens are priced separately. Pricing varies by model, and web search incurs an additional fee of $0.004 per invocation.

What payment methods are supported?
The API console supports the following payment methods:
Topped-up funds are available immediately for API usage.
How do I request an invoice?
- Log in to the platform.moonshot.ai console.
- Navigate to Billing → Invoice Management.
- Select the top-up records for which you need an invoice.
- Fill in the invoice details (personal or business) and submit.
- An electronic invoice will be sent to your email.
Can I get a refund?
Refund Policy:
- Unused top-up balance is eligible for refund
- Already-consumed amounts and used vouchers are non-refundable
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days

- Send an email to [email protected] with your account information and top-up records.
- The team will process your request within 3–7 business days.
