How to delete account?
In the app: Settings → Account Security → Delete Account, then submit the deletion request.
Deletion is irreversible: All information, data, and paid benefits associated with the account will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.
Will manually deleted conversations still be retained?
No. After deletion, the system retains data only to the minimum extent required by applicable laws for storage and security purposes. No viewing or recovery access is provided, and you will not be able to retrieve the data.
Can I recover accidentally deleted chat history?
No. Once you click delete, you forfeit the right to recovery — the data cannot be restored afterward.
