Can I change my linked email or sign-in method?
Yes. Navigate to: Kimi App → Profile → Settings → Account Security → Email → Change Follow the prompts to verify your current email, then enter and verify the new one.
Lost access to your original sign-in method?
Please email [email protected]. Our team will assist with the account transfer after verifying the required proof of ownership.
Not receiving a verification code?
Try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Confirm that the email address or phone number you entered is correct.
- The verification code may take a few minutes to arrive — please be patient.
- If it hasn't arrived after 5 minutes, click "Resend" to request a new code.
Note: Currently, only supported regions' phone numbers and email addresses are accepted. VoIP numbers and landlines are not supported.
How do I edit my profile and avatar?
Navigate to: Kimi App → Profile → Settings → Personal Info → Edit name, bio, or avatar → Save
Note: Your avatar and display name can be changed up to 10 times within a 30-day period. Please plan your changes accordingly.
