You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. After cancellation, your membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

How to cancel auto-renewal?

Choose the method that matches how you originally subscribed:

Via the Kimi website or app

1. Sign in to Kimi (web or mobile).
2. Go to Settings → Subscription.
3. Click Cancel Auto-Renewal or Manage Subscription.
4. Confirm the cancellation.

Via Apple ID (iOS / Mac)

1. On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Find Kimi and tap Cancel Subscription.

On Mac: Open the App Store → click your profile → Account Settings → find Kimi under Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel Subscription.

Via Google Play (Android)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Find Kimi and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

After cancelling, your benefits stay active through the end of the paid period. You can re-subscribe anytime from the Kimi Subscription page.
