Authorization ≠ chargeSome payment methods require a separate authorization step. Check your bank or card statement to confirm the charge actually posted
Processing delayPayments can take a few minutes to clear. Refresh the page after a short wait
Wrong accountMake sure you're signed into the same Kimi account you used at checkout

If the charge has posted but your membership still isn't active, email [email protected] with your payment receipt.

Payment failed?

If the problem persists, email [email protected] with a screenshot of the error.

Unexpected charges?

If you see an unrecognized charge from Kimi:

  1. Check your subscription — Sign in to Kimi and review your active subscriptions. You may have an auto-renewing plan you forgot about
  2. Trial conversion — If you started a free trial and didn't cancel before it ended, the system automatically converts it to a paid subscription
  3. Review payment authorizations — Check your Apple ID, Google Play, or card settings for recurring Kimi charges
  4. Cancel if needed — See Cancel Subscription to stop future charges

If you believe the charge is unauthorized, email [email protected] immediately and we'll investigate.
